Within 14 days of receipt, you can return the order to us. You will then be credited for the full order amount. You are responsible for the shipping costs of the package to Remalux. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we ask you to return the product to Remalux with all delivered accessories and in the original condition and packaging.
